At PTG Consulting, women contribute significant talent, expertise and leadership across our teams. Their work strengthens our projects, sharpens our thinking and helps deliver better outcomes for our clients every day.
We are encouraged by the growing presence of women in engineering and the leadership they continue to demonstrate across the industry. At the same time, we recognise that building a genuinely diverse and inclusive profession is an ongoing commitment, one that requires sustained focus at every stage of a career. Attracting women into engineering is only part of the picture. Retaining them, backing them and making sure they progress into senior roles is where the real work sits.
That is what we remain dedicated to: supporting the women already in our business, and advancing female representation across all levels of the organisation.
