The Brief
Defence infrastructure projects span everything from small external structures to firing ranges and roadway works, each requiring rigorous stakeholder engagement and design accountability across multiple sites and numerous delivery milestones.
What We Delivered
PTG was engaged from concept through to detailed design across Canungra, Amberley and Greenbank Barracks, covering civil works including environmental issues, stormwater management, bulk earthworks and roadway design, alongside structural and geotechnical input. Rigorous hold points and quality management systems ensured continuous internal checking and client engagement at each milestone.
The Result
The Department of Defence received consistent, accountable engineering delivery across three sites and multiple years, with quality systems ensuring each milestone was achieved to the same standard regardless of project scale.
